	Winans has been roasting their own coffee beans in the Dayton area for over 10 years.
We take pride in the way we roast our beans. Unlike those other coffee companies, Winans prepares each coffee blend in a distinct and individual process. To ensure maximum flavor, we roast each type of bean origin with a unique roasting profile. Once roasting is complete, we then blend together each distinct origin to capture that perfect taste. The resulting varying colors found in our blends demonstrate that we place as much importance on coffee roasting as we do our handmade chocolates. We also have portable airpots for entertaining or corporate events. Come in to one of our stores today and try one of our blends, either by the cup, or to take home. We offer the following coffees by the pound:
sumatra	Sweet, with heavy loamy body with just enough of that funky something that makes Sumatra famous!
columbia supremo	Full aroma, heavy body and good acidity. ItÕs pleasing fruit tones are balanced by an excellent Caramel-like sweetness.
costa rica	Roasted Lightly, the distinct citrus flavors and clean, focused finish will delight!
guatemala	Smokey and complex. The right amount of acidity, sweet fruit tones and an elegant finish.
kenya	Our Kenya boasts a rich, full body, with mandarin orange accent notes. An Excellent eye-opener As a morning coffee.
mexican peaberry	Light, clean cup, this origin is known for a surprising amount of complexity. Pleasing acidity rides On a base of near-buttery mouth feel with a hint of walnuts.
BRAZIL	Soft in the cup and sweet.
tanzarian	Mild to medium, clean and lively cup
monsOONED malabar	Full bodied, low acidic coffee that is sweet and mellow.
